"Susy's beach getaway" is a superb studio apartment ideal for vacation rentals in a prime location. The unit is DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH, in the most desirable part of South beach, steps from Lincoln road, Ocean Drive, the Miami Beach convention center, The Fillmore Miami Beach at the Jackie Gleason theater, museums, dining, clubs, and great shopping! All of this, including tremendous night life, is within walking distance of the studio!

"Susy's beach getaway" is located at the Art Deco Shelborne Beach Resort, 1801 Collins avenue. The resort has a beautiful pool, a n indoor/outdoor restaurant, bars, a gym, two jacuzzis, a concierge, and even film studios. Movies and TV shows are frequently filmed at the Shelborne

The studio is nicely furnished and has two very comfortable Queen size beds that sleep up to 4 (one of the few with that distinction!) "Susy's beach getaway" has a wide-screen HD capable LCD TV with a built n DVD player, stereo and clock radio. It is MUCH more than a simple hotel room. It will make your stay in SoBe so much better.If you have any special requests, let us know. There is wireless internet in the studio and througout the hotel for a fee so long as you have your own laptop (we do not provide the service and do not guarantee its availability). We provide plenty of clean towels and heavily stock the studio just about all the necessities you will need. We provide beach chairs, beach blankets, beach towels, a cooler and an umbrella.If you prefer you can rent the same on the beach for a total of about $30/day. As you are renting from a private owner, you are saving at least 40-60% of the cost of renting a conventional hotel room.

As our guests, you are entitled to ALL the common amenities offered by the hotel such as the pool (with towels), gym, and spa.

As you are NOT renting from the hotel it is not possible to have lobby service ,order room service, or charge anything "to your room". There is NO daily maid service. You may eat at the restaurants as long as you pay after dining as you would at any restaurant. There is high-rate Valet parking at the hotel, but it is only available to guests that are paying guests of the HOTEL and NOT the private owners, such as us.

We advise our guests that since everything is located within walking distance of the studio a car is not necessary! If you must bring a car, there is ample parking within a several block radius of the studio.
