Q: What about parking or maid service? A: There is NO parking included in your rental. However, there is ample parking in the form of municipal garages within 2-3 blocks that averages $8-$10 dollars per day. If you plan to stay in South Beach during your stay, we advise our guests that a car is NOT needed as all is within walking distance! There is also an air-conditioned bus service called the South Beach local that will take you virtually anywhere you need to go in South Beach for 25 cents if you prefer not to walk! We will send you detailed information on parking upon request, as well as the same on the transportation options.
There is NO maid or lobby service provided in your rental. It is NOT possible to "charge to your room". You are entitled to full and free use of all the common areas of the resort such as the pool, free towels for use at the pool until 5:00 pm, gym, jacuzzis and spa according to the terms of the rental agreement. You can eat at the restaurant or buy drinks using cash or credit card as you would at any restaurant.
We will provide you with a spotlessly clean studio apartment, well stocked with ample towels and other supplies to make you feel right at home.
